How a Great Company is Born
A family, a dream and a company
Great things always come from simple ideas, like the INOX – CMP srl brand, a gear, an element so small yet so essential that it moves an entire industrial structure, a machine of gigantic proportions and metaphorically an idea. This idea that traveled about forty years ago in the minds of two brothers, Franco and Bruno Palleschi, with a dream and a shared goal: to found a Great Company for the processing of steel and the manufacturing of industrial machinery and plants.

Being an entrepreneur in a Pontine reality that was largely growing, constantly evolving and competitive, turned into an important challenge for the Palleschi family: erecting a work structure to accommodate this far-sighted project, creating a group of technicians for the different tasks and specializations, giving emphasis to quality materials to achieve a final product of high standards and keeping clear the primary importance of the relationship with the customer, a human and professional contact, a relationship of respect and collaboration to be implemented between the work staff.

So from that idea drawn on a piece of paper, in 1988 some former employees of FINDUS S.p.A. of Cisterna di Latina founded Inox -CMP srl, specialized in Mechanical Construction, Industrial Plants and Assembly.

The beginning was modest, full of expectations and sacrifices, the co-founders worked hard to create the solid foundations of the company and the reward for the intense and constant commitment was not long in coming: thanks to the trust of an important customer after the first work experiences in another smaller structure, in 1989 an industrial warehouse in reinforced concrete with an adjoining building for offices and services was built on a property in the province of Latina.

The need to provide the customer with turnkey systems, complete with electrical, electronic and electro-pneumatic systems for process control and command, had as a logical consequence the establishment of S.EL.PAM. S.n.c., established by the same owners, but now functionally autonomous and independent. Technical support is provided by an engineering company in Rome that provides design in the field of robotics and mechanical structural analysis of finite elements, in the transient and non-linear field, as well as for feasibility studies and for certification according to the Machinery Directive 89/392/EEC.

Today INOX – CMP srl boasts the most sophisticated design and construction equipment for Industrial Plants, a compact and functional team of specialists in labor and engineering, qualified administrative offices to meet all needs for information, estimates and commercial proposals.

In the entire industrial panorama Pontino has now established itself thanks to its commitment and the esteem of its customers, for the professionalism and experience acquired by the company’s technicians. The works carried out have received 92% positive feedback in the last year.
The primary objectives have been achieved in recent years and new ones are in the development and implementation phase, always with a proactive look to the future.
